A Hand & Dial Refresh usually takes 5–10 working days. An Automatic Winding Service typically runs 7–14 days. Estate Piece Full Restoration is scheduled on a case-by-case basis — we will agree a realistic timeline with you once we have seen the piece.
No. Any proposed change is shown to you before it is carried out. If we find something unexpected during disassembly, we will contact you to discuss the options and costs before continuing.
We work on a wide range of mechanical and automatic watches, including vintage and estate pieces from various makers. Send us a message with the brand and a brief description, and we will let you know whether it falls within our current scope.
Sourcing sympathetically is part of what we do, particularly for estate work. If a part is rare or needs to be ordered, we factor that into the timeline and cost estimate before proceeding. We do not fit unsuitable substitutes.
Prices are quoted in Thai Baht and reflect the scope of each service. The amounts shown on this page are the base service fees. Additional parts or complications are quoted separately and agreed with you beforehand. There are no hidden charges.
